Making twice baked potatoes is very simple. Take your potatoes and scrub thoroughly. Poke holes in your potatoes and place on the rack in your oven. Bake the potatoes until they are tender. Take the potatoes out of the oven and cut in half. Remove the potato from the skin and mix as if you were making mashed potatoes. Make sure to try and keep the skin of the potato still intact. Once you have mixed your potatoes place the potato back into the potato skin. You can then place cheese or any other desired topping on the potato. Place back in oven for approximately 5-10 minutes remove and enjoy.
