Start by removing the organ bag to make a turkey. Then rinse the turkey off in cold water. You can poke holes all over it so that you can rub seasoning on it. Place turkey in a pan and bake in oven for 4 hours. Most turkeys have a pop up timer to let you know when it is done, if not you can purchase on to add. Through out cooking, baste the turkey with the juices from the bottom of the pan so it does not get dry. Enjoy.
