To make Tuna Casserole saute 1 cup chopped celery and 1/4 cup chopped onion in 2 tablespoons of butter. Combine celery and onion mix to 3 cups of cooked medium noodles, a can of condensed cream of mushroom soup, 3/4 cup of milk, and 1, 9 1/4 oz. can of tuna. Turn into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in a 375 degree oven.
