You will need: 2 lb lean ground beef, 3/4 c. water, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp. onion powder, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, 2 tbsp. Morton Quick salt (meat cure), 1 tbsp. liquid smoke, and 1 tbsp. mustard seeds.Mix all ingredients well then form into 2 rolls and wrap in foil. Refrigerate for 24hours. Next, poke holes in the foil with a fork and place rolls on broiler rack. Bake for about 1 hour, at 450 degrees. Slice and serve hot or cold.
