To make shrimp fried rice, sautee (fry) cold 3 cups of cooked white rice in 2 tablespoons of oil. Next add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1/4 cup of frozen green peas, and 1/2 cup of cooked shrimp. Stir fry it all together, then push to one side. Beat 2 eggs and scramble them on the empty side of the pan. When scrambled, mix the eggs in with the rest of the ingredients that you pushed to one side. Season to taste with salt and garlic powder.
