OK, this is a good one! I love salmon cakes, well I love Salmon. To begin use 1 can or more depending on how many you’re feeding, of pink salmon. Flake the skin away,remove the bones and drain off the oil. Boil 4 potatoes, peeled and cut. Add your salt, pepper, garlic to taste. Add onions, finally chopped. Next add one egg, bread crumbs(flavored). and remember to use butter for frying. Mix well and even to assure the salmon is easily distributed. Form 1′ round by 1/4′ inch thick patties. Fry over medium heat, turning frequently. Enjoy your meal!
