Making quiche is easy! Just use a deep dish frozen pie crust. You can use a variety of ingredients depending on your taste. I use 6 eggs, 1/2 chopped onions, 4 ounces cheddar cheese and 4 ounces of Swiss or mozzarella cheese, 8 ounces of either cooked bacon or cooked sausage, 1 cup half and half, salt and pepper. Mix all of the ingredients together and place in pie crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes and then another 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
