Quesadillas or ‘cheese crisps’ as us anglos call them can have a variety of ingrediants. Butter a large tortilla on one side and put in a preheated skillet (med). When butter melts, flip tortilla. Add a cup or so of cheese and wait til it starts to melt. Fold tortilla in half. Brown on one side and flip and brown the other. You can add chicken, beef, shrimp, or lots of veggies before folding for the makings of a balanced meal!
