Pumpkin butter is a great spread. To make it you’ll need 1 can pumpkin, 1/2 cup apple juice, 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup, 1 cup sugar, 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger, 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves. Mix ingredients together and bring to a boil in a large saucepan. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 – 20 minutes. Enjoy!
