Don’t run to the store because you suddenly realize you are out of powdered sugar for the recipe you are making. It is easy to whip up a small batch yourself. You will need a food processor or blender, granulated sugar and corn starch. Simply grind your granulated sugar until completely pulverized. For each cup of sugar you use, add one tablespoon of corn starch. That’s all there is to it! Store any sugar that is not used in an air tight container.
