How to Make Potato Wedges?

Starting with fresh potatoes(I like russets), cut them into about 6 or 8 long wedges. Rinse them well and roll them in a flour coating(flour, seasoning salt, parsley, etc), and cook them in a deep fryer until they float to the top. You can also bake them in an oven until they soften, but they’re not as good that way!
