Cut open your pomegranate and submerge in a large bowl of water. Remove the seeds from the pomegranate under the water. The membranes surrounding the seeds will rise to the top making disposal easy. Discard both the outside of the fruit as well as the membranes that surrounded the seeds. Strain the water used to seed the fruit. Put the remaining seeds in your blender to break them up. Strain the seed mixture over a bowl pushing the seed pulp against the strainer to extract as much juice as possible. Add sugar and water to taste and enjoy.
