We make our peach wine by putting fresh peaches, sugar, and hot water into a 1 gallon glass jug that can be sealed. After making sure the sugar is dissolved in the water, seal the jug and let it sit on the counter for about a day. Then add a pack of wine yeast and let it ferment for about a week. Filter the liquid into another glass jug, seal it and leave it alone for about a month. Filter the liquid (I use a cheese cloth) again into individual bottles and seal them air tight. I let mine age for about year before drinking it.
