How to Make Pancakes?

A simple pancake recipe starts with 1 cup of al purpose flour, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 2 teaspoons of baking powder and combine with wet ingredients of 2 cups buttermilk, 2 large eggs, and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Mix with a little lumps in the batter, chill in the fridge for at least thirty minutes, then heat a griddle to medium high heat with oil. Fry pancakes one minute on each side as the bubbles escape, serve with syrup and enjoy!
