The easiest way to make orange marmalade is to use a peeler to peel the orange and save the peels. Carefully remove any of the white rind that is left. Squash the oranges, being careful to remove the seeds. Grind up the saved peels and add them to the oranges. Follow the directions on the pectin packet to add pectin, water and sugar and how long to cook it. Pour into cleaned jars and flip upside down once the lid is put on.
