How to Make Miso Soup?

Making miso soup is a snap! Most every recipe will call for tofu, dashi stock or powder, spring onions, and of course, miso paste. The basic way to making miso soup is by heating the dashi stock (or mixing dashi powder with water), then melt the miso paste in the liquid, cut the tofu into pieces and add to the soup, then chop your spring onions to use as garnish when you serve the soup. Yum!
