A simple mead recipe requires five liters of water, three hundred and fifty grams of sugar, three hundred and fifty grams of brown sugar, yeast, and one lemon. Wash the lemons and peel them very thinly. Bring half of the water to a boil and then pour it over the lemons, lemon peel, and sugar mixtures. Stir, and let it stand cover for a while. Keep the mead at room temperature until it starts to fermement, this should take about a day or so to happen. Once fermented, strain the mixture and then pour the mead into a bottle and enjoy!
