How to Make Grits?

Grits are delicious and are most popular as a breakfast dish, but can be enjoyed for dinner. To make grits you should purchase Quaker grit mix. Boil 3 cups of water, add salt and two tablespoon of butter. Once the water is boiling ad one and half cups of the grits mix and turn the fire down to low. Remember to cover the pot and mix the grits every few minutes.
