Ingredients: 1 kilo of grapes, 500 ml of water, 500g white granulated sugar. Wash and remove stalks from grapes. Put grapes in a heavy bottomed saucepan and add the water. Boil the water and immediately turn down to a gentle simmer. Simmer until the grapes burst. Cool completely. When cool, remove grapes with a spoon and put them into a large bowl. Pour into sterilized jars.
