How to Make Glazed Carrots?

There are allot of glazes that you can make, but my favorite is to take baby carrots and saute them until they are crisp tender in butter. Remove the carrots from the pan and then add more butter and about a cup of brown sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Then I add a small handful of chopped fresh dill. Put the carrots back in and allow the simple syrup to cook down. Stir it often.
