Fruit pizza is delicious and healthier than many desserts. It’s so easy to make. First preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and flatten an 18 ounce package of sugar cookie dough onto a pizza pan. This is your crust. Take care to make sure it is evenly spread to cook properly. Bake the crust for about 12 minutes until it is lightly browned. While the crust is cooling, mix eight ounces of room temperature cream cheese with 1/3 cup of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla. Spread this over your cooked crust. Arrange your sliced fruit on top. Use your favorite fruits. Make a glaze by mixing 1/3 cup of apricot preserves with one tablespoon of water and cook on low heat until the preserves dissolve. Brush this glaze over the fruit. Refrigerate this until ready to serve. Enjoy!
