Ingredients: reduced yogurt, 1 1/2 cups of vanilla custard, 1 cup icing sugar, 1 tsp vanilla essence, ripe strawberries, raspberries. Combine everything in mixing bowl except the fruit. Cover and freeze for 4 – 6 hours or until frozen. Blend the fruit, cover and place in fridge. Then spread fruit mixture over yogurt mixture and chill for 6 hours or until frozen.
