Fried pickles are easy to make. Take 1 beaten egg, 1 cup of milk, 1 tablespoon flour, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, a dash of hot sauce, and mix well. Add 3/4 teaspoon of salt and pepper to 3 1/2 cup of flour. Take sliced dill pickles and one at a time dredge in milk mixture, then four mixture, then repeat dredging. Deep fry in 350 degree oil until brown.
