How to Make Dried Beef?

To make dried beef, slice roast strips into 1/4′ thick. Then single layer each strip on a rack that would fit a shallow roast pan. Turn the oven onto the lowest temperature setting. Place the strips that are on the rack into a baking pan and put in the oven for around 12 hours. Remove them and turn the slices over and return to your oven for another 6 or 12 hours.
