To make chicken curry we need 1 lb chicken, 2 medium chopped onion, 2 medium chopped tomatoes, 1/2 cup yogurt, 4 tsp curry powder, 2 tbsp lemon juice, salt to taste, 1/2 cup oil, 3 tbsp fresh cilantro. Wash chicken and rub some lemon juice on it and let it stand for 30 minutes. In a pan heat oil and fry onions till golden brown and set aside. Add chicken to the oil and fry it for some time then add all the ingredients, salt to taste and some water to cook. After 15 minutes add the fried onions to the pot and let it cook for another 15 minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
