Making cubed steak is a breeze. All you need is a package of cubed steak, frying pan, some oil, flour and an egg wash. To make the egg wash, beat one or two eggs in a bowl of milk. Then dip the meat in the milk bath, then put in the flour and throw it in the frying pan with oil that is set on medium to low heat and cook it until the crust is a golden brown and doesn’t bleed, which is about 10 minutes. You can also mix up salt, pepper, garlic or any other seasonings that you like into the flour. Serve the steak with mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese and corn on the cob and you will have yourself a good southern meal.
