How to Make Coconut Shrimp?

Mix together 1 egg, 1/2 cup flour, 2/3 cup beer, and 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder-in another bowl, put 1/4 cup flour and 2 cups flaked coconut. Dip your shrimp in egg batter, then roll in coconut. Put in fridge fro 30 min-then cook in hot oil (350 degrees), 2-3 minutes-fry in batches.
