How to Make Chutney?

Take the pits out of the fruit and leave the skin on. Cut them into small pieces and put them in a bowl. Peel and then mince onion. Save one cup of fruit for later and mix the rest with brown sugar, ginger, clove, and vinegar. While stirring constantly, cook on medium heat for 50 minutes. Pour the remaining cup of fruit and the onion and cook for another 10 minutes. Then just let it cool. You can find more information here:
