It is so easy to make your own chocolate fudge; you will wonder why you have never done it before! First line an eight or nine inch square baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick spray. Combine two cups of chocolate chips with a 14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk and melt together over low heat, stirring frequently. Remove your pan from the heat and add a teaspoon of vanilla and if desired, a cup of walnuts. Pour this mixture into the baking pan and refrigerate until completely firm, at least two hours. To remove from the pan, pull up on the foil and peel the foil away. Cut the fudge into squares and store in the refrigerator. Delicious!
