How to Make Chocolate Frosting?

It is easy to make your own frosting and you control the ingredients. Combine 1/4 cup of melted butter and 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder and beat until well incorporated. Add one teaspoon of vanilla, 1/3 cup of milk and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Mix these ingredients well and then gradually add three cups of powdered sugar. When all the sugar is incorporated, you can use milk to thin the texture if desired. Delicious and without the trans fats you find in most ready made frosting at the grocery store. Enjoy!
