Chocolate covered cherries are a tasty treat. First, you need to get some melting chocolate and some cherries with stems. You could either melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler over the stove. Personally, I just melt it in the microwave because it’s quick and simple. Holding the cherry by the stem, dip it into the melt chocolate, rolling it from side to side, making sure to coat the entire cherry. Then, place it on parchment paper to dry and harden. Repeat this until all your cherries are covered. You could then re-dip the cherries and before the second coat of chocolate dries, roll the cherries in chopped nuts or coconut to give it a fun, new twist!
