Chicken Parmesan is a fairly easy dish to make. Start with at least 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded to roughly half an inch thick. Dip the pounded chicken in flour, then an egg and milk mixture, then italian seasoned bread crumbs. Brown the breaded chicken in a pan with olive oil on both sides and place in a baking dish. Cover the chicken with marinara sauce, or a pasta sauce of your choice, cover with shredded mozzarella, parmesan cheese and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30 min, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees or higher. Serve with spaghetti, or your favorite pasta, and a nice tossed salad.
