First you would want to boil your chicken, legs and thighs will give you a better flavor. Once boiled, remove and let cool so you can de-bone the chicken. Place the chicken pieces back into the pot with chopped celery and carrots. Boil till tender. Taste broth to see if you need to add some boulion cubesfor more flavor. Then add some frozen egg noodles and cook till tender. If you like it to be thicker, make a roue out of milk and some corn starch and add at the end. Good luck!
