How to Make Caramel Corn?

If you are wondering how to make caramel corn, the process is really quite simple. Caramel corn is regular popcorn coated in a sugary, caramel sauce. The caramel coating can be made by mixing 3/4 cup sugar with 1/2 cup water on the stove at medium heat. When the sugar has melted, increase the heat and continue stirring until the sugar becomes a caramel color.
