Basically, a calzone is an inside-out pizza that is shaped like a half-moon. Prepare a pizza crust (a store bought crust will work fine) and cut it in halves or fourths, depending on what size your want you calzone. Fill half of the dough square with your favorite toppings, such as pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, or cheese. Next, fold the top flap of the dough over and seal it together by pressing the edges down with a fork. Cut a slit in the top of the calzone and brush a little olive oil on top. Repeat these steps for the other calzones. Finally, put them on a greased pan in a 350 degree oven and bake for 30 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
