How to Make Cabbage Soup?

To make cabbage soup, wash and cut up your vegetables such as cabbage, carrots, carrots, celery, onions and green peppers. Place the vegetables in a pot with water and boil for about 3 minutes. Add soup mix or bouillon and cook for about 8 minutes and then season to taste with salt, peppers and herbs. Cabbage soup is very healthy and is sometimes used for diet purposes.
