Hamburgers are easy to make. Just take hamburger meat which can be ground round, ground chuck, or just ground beef. Take a chunk of meat, depending on what size you want, and form into a patty. Place patty in the frying pan that is set on medium-high heat. A non-stick pan would be great for frying. Depending on the thickness of the patty, cook about 2 or 3 minutes on each side. You can flavor them with salt, pepper, onion and/or garlic salt when they begin to cook.
