We will need 2 lbs of black berries, 1 lbs of sugar, 3 pints of water and a pinch of yeast. Boil the water. Crush the berries by hand and add a pint of water in a bucket add yeast and set aside for 7 days. Strain the plup. Mix sugar in water add to the blackberries. Let it ferment in a warm place for month. Then bottle and it will go strong for years.
