How to Make Beef Enchiladas?

To make beef enchiladas, brown ground meat with chili powder, garlic, salt, and pepper. Lay out the corn tortillas flat and fill each one with about 2 tablespoons of beef filling. Roll each one up and place seam side down in a pan. Cover the top of the enchiladas with taco sauce and grated cheese and bake for about 20 minutes at 325 degrees.
