How to Make Basil Pesto?

Take lots of fresh basil (at least 2 packed cups) and place it in a food processor with 3 cloves of garlic, 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup of pine nuts or walnuts, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil. Blend it all together until smooth.
