Ingredients: 1tsp powdered sugar, Juice from one lime (2 oz), 4 mint leaves, 2 oz white rum, 2 oz club soda. Place the mint leaves at the bottom of the glass and squeeze lime juice over it. Add the powdered sugar, then gently smash the mint into the lime juice and sugar with a muddler (a long wodden device). If you don’t have a muddler you can use the back of a fork or spoon as well. Add crushed ice, then add the rum and stir, top off with the club soda. Garnish with mint sprig or lime.
