How to Make a Mango Smoothie?

Use 1 6 oz. container of yogurt, one mango peeled and cut into pieces, 3/4 cup milk and you can use fat free or skim if you choose, plus 2 tablespoons bran cereal.Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on high speed 10 seconds. Scrape down sides of blender and cover again and blend about 20 seconds longer or until smooth.Pour into a glass and drink immediately.
