There are definitely exercises that can help slim your thighs. Cardiovascular activities like, walking, running, and biking are great. Talk to a trainer at the gym for other thigh burning workouts too- like the stair master or elliptical machines. Also try some leg lifts while wearing ankle weights. It’s always done wonders for me!
