How to Lose Weight During Menopause?

I know from my own experience how hard it is to lose weight during or after menopause! It’s hard! We need to cut out any junk food, sugar or high fat foods. Concentrate on lean forms of protein and veggies in small meals throughout the daytime. Increase your exercise level as much as possible. Try to add in a weight or resistance workout.
