How to Hit a Driver?

When using a driver you should tee the ball up higher than normal, usually with about 1/3 to 1/2 of the ball sitting above the top of the driver’s face when it is resting on the ground. When addressing the ball it should be positioned parallel to the big toe of the front foot. Make sure and hit the ball on the start of the upswing unlike other clubs where the contact is usually made on the bottom of the swing. Spend plenty of time on the driving range practicing your drives, making sure to walk away and readdress the ball every time to simulate conditions on the golf course.
