Wash the shrimps add salt and lemon juice and set aside for 10 minutes. Grind a few green chilies with garlic and add it to the shrimps, let them stay for another 30 minutes. Wrap the shrimps in aluminum foil but lay them flat. Keep turning every 10 minutes. Shrimps should be ready in 20 minutes. Alternatively you can put them on skwekers and keep turning them.
