The best way to grill ribs in on an indirect heat grill. An indirect grill is when you light half the grill and use the side that is not lit. Season ribs as you desire and wrap in aluminum foil. Place on the indirect heat side and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, with lid closed, for 2 to 4 pounds of ribs. Remove from the aluminum foil and place on the direct heat side and continue to cook, basting with BBQ sauce, for another 20 minutes, or until they fall of the bone and are done.
