When I grill potatoes on our gas grill I make them in single servings. I first cut the potatoes in thin slices! Next I take a piece of foil and spray it with non stick spray and then lay potatoes on foil (leave room so you can fold like a envlope). Next add butter, salt, pepper and onions or peppers (to taste). Last fold the foil like a little package. Next just place directly on the racks of the grill for about 20 minutes flipping often!
