How to Grill Lobster Tails?

To grill lobster tails, split the tails lengthwise. Make a marinade of 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/2 cup olive oil, 1 teaspoon each salt and paprika, 1/8 teaspoon each white pepper and garlic powder. Brush the flesh side of the tail with the marinade and place on a lightly oiled hot grill. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, basting with marinade.
