Unfortunately you can’t get rid of morning sickness, but there are things that will help you feel better. Eat a few crackers before getting out of bed in the morning, and avoid letting your stomach get empty throughout the day. Some women have found relief with acupressure bands that were made for motion sickness or ginger. There are ginger flavored candies on the market that worked very well for me.
